Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for the full sales lifecycle as it pertains to the current customer base of the company. This position must farm active customers to up sell products and services by developing a thorough understanding of their business needs.
Business Development Manager
The purpose of the Business Development Manager position is to represent the company by showcasing and selling the services and products. The primary focus of the Business Development Manager is to work with prospects by handling onsite appointments and providing demonstrations.
Client Contact Developer
The Client Contact Developer position entails contacting potential clients to attend presentations, training, and introductory meetings. This individual will use specialized software to keep track of sequences used to contact potential clients. Contact methods include phone calls, emails, and invitations.

Junior Engineer
The Junior Engineer is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of internal systems, including customer facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator is a supportive role that acts as an administrative assistant to the Sales Team, while also facilitating collaboration within the team. The Sales Administrator will also function as a liaison between the Sales Team and the other departments within the organization.
Service Desk Dispatcher
The Service Desk Dispatcher is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests. The Dispatcher monitors and manages incoming client requests to they can be assigned to the appropriate resource to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
SOC Manager
The Security Operations Center (SOC) team is responsible for leveraging Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools as well as 3rd party services to detect, analyze, document, and coordinate timely response to service issues. These service issues are reported through alerts generated by hosted applications and related internal servers, storage, and databases, as well as off-hours calls and emails from employees and clients. Using established Incident Response Procedures, SOC operators evaluate alerts and escalate to the appropriate handler, providing additional data as available to help troubleshoot the problem. The SOC continues to follow-up with any additional resources until the incident is resolved.
